It's that simple.
If the product that you have bought does not fit, or if there is a manufacturer's defect we will refund or credit EVERYTHING that we billed you for, provided that you return it within 30 days of shipping. This refund includes the full purchase price of the product, any taxes that we charged, and ALL handling fees and shipping costs (shipping costs up to $15) that you were charged for. You are only responsible for the shipping costs (typically about US$10) to send the product back to us. Also make sure you obtain adequate insurance, since we will not be held responsible for any returned merchandise which is lost in transit.
Other websites often charge huge restocking fees, and sometimes even make you pay shipping charges again to send exchanged shoes.
Read the guarantee offered by any other website selling tango shoes. If they have no specified guarantee you have nothing, you will be stuck with the shoes if you don't like them or they do not fit. If they do not tell you that they will refund your money then you are only allowed to exchange the shoes. If they do not specifically tell you they will refund all shipping and handling costs then you will always be stuck with those costs no matter what happens. If they are based in Argentina you will be stuck with the original Fedex shipping costs (usually about US$35) plus you will then have to pay the Fedex cost to send the shoes back to Argentina (usually about US$50). So even if they do give you a refund you will still lose $85 ($35 + $50). If they exchange the shoes they often charge you Fedex costs again. By the time you are finished you wind up paying double the original cost, for shoes you don't really want.

Shoes that you return or exchange must not be worn. PLEASE TRY YOUR SHOES ON A CARPET OR OTHER CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT ANY SCRATCHING OF THE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED, SCRATCHED OR MARKED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN WORN CANNOT BE RETURNED.
